Regular Workout Times – WOD (workout of the day)

Hyht offers 7 CrossFit classes daily. On Monday’s & Wednesday’s our regular 6:00 PM CrossFit Class is replaced with a specialized class. The Monday Skills Club focus on gymnastics movements and the Wednesday Barbell Club focuses on Olympic weightlifting Movements. Both of these unique classes will help you to round out your Athlete training and take you to the next level! Stop in today or call us to learn more.
