Hyht offers 7 CrossFit classes daily. On Monday’s & Wednesday’s our regular 6:00 PM CrossFit Class is replaced with a specialized class. The Monday Skills Club focus on gymnastics movements and the Wednesday Barbell Club focuses on Olympic weightlifting Movements.
